Introduction to Sociology serves as an overview to the study of groups, cultures, organizations and societies, and their impact on human behavior. This course emphasizes sociological perspectives, concepts, methods and applications in areas such as organization, socialization, inequality, institutions, intergroup relations and other sociological phenomena.
