Video Editing

Must be at least a sophomore and have teacher approval to get in the class.

This computer based communications program is designed to give students a basic understanding of still/video editing necessary for completion of the Senior Slide Show and other full length programming for broadcast on KOHS channel 11. Students will be instructed in the use of iMovie, Garageband, Live Type, Final Cut Pro, and other computer Macintosh software programs. This year long course is open to students in grades 10-12. Students must be self-motivated and project oriented. Instructor approval will be based on KOHS and/or other computer related experience as well as the student’s ability to be trusted to complete video-related projects on OHS campus during instructional time.
